Meet Our CustomFit Hybrid Pillow
Open the inner lining and add or remove fill by hand - it takes a couple of minutes. Your pillow arrives at 90% microfibre / 10% foam, with an extra 150g of foam included. Add that foam to build height and firmness (up to about 85% fill / 15% foam), or remove fill for a flatter, softer pillow. Blend to taste, zip it back up, and you're set.
Often, yes - because neck stiffness is frequently caused by a pillow that's the wrong height for your sleep position, forcing your neck out of alignment all night. An adjustable pillow lets you fine-tune the loft until your head and neck sit neutral. Our customers consistently tell us this is exactly what fixed their morning neck strain.
As a guide: side sleepers usually need the most height (to fill the shoulder-to-ear gap), back sleepers a medium loft, and stomach sleepers the least. Start there and fine-tune over a few nights until it feels effortless. That's the whole point of an adjustable pillow - you're not locked into someone else's guess.

Yes - both the outer cover and inner lining are our cooling Iced Bamboo fabric, and the memory foam is gel-infused. Heat wicks away instead of building up, so it stays comfortable through warm, humid nights.
The bamboo cover is machine washable - unzip and wash it as needed. Spot-clean the inner fill; don't machine wash the foam itself. Full care guide linked.
